WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO DO MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION?

Most mamas-to-be find that the "sweet spot" for a photoshoot is between 27 and 34 weeks. At this stage, your bump is beautifully rounded, but you still have plenty of energy to move around and enjoy the experience!

Of course, every pregnancy is different. If you’re carrying twins or just feeling ready a bit earlier, we can definitely find a date that works best for you. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and glowing.

Reservation Fee

A £50 deposit is required to secure your session date (this will be deducted from your total price). The remaining balance is payable on the day of the shoot. This ensures your date is locked in my calendar!

The Experience & Delivery

Selection Gallery

Within 5–7 business days of your session, you will receive access to a private online gallery of low-resolution images for selection. I recommend making your final choices within 14 days to ensure your project stays on track. Please note: Your final editing timeline begins only after your selection is complete.

The Art of Retouching

Your hand-crafted images will be delivered within 3–4 weeks of your selection date. Each chosen image will be provided in both vibrant color and timeless black & white.

Quality & Consistency

To ensure your final collection is a masterpiece, only fully retouched images are delivered. Unedited RAW files are not part of any collection as they represent an unfinished stage of my creative process. However, you are always welcome to upgrade your package or purchase additional images if you find more moments you cannot leave behind.

Fine Details & Policies

Additional Retouching

Professional retouching for extra images is available for £20 per image.

• Bundle of 5 extra images: £80
• Bundle of 10 extra images: £150

Physical Art

You can enhance your memories with optional extras such as professional prints, wall art, or a Folio Box.

Travel

Locations beyond a 10-mile radius from my business location will incur a small travel fee to cover expenses.

Session Types

Studio and outdoor sessions are treated as separate experiences and cannot be combined within a single package.

Mutual Respect

I am committed to providing a peaceful and creative environment. Any form of disrespect or negativity will result in an immediate termination of service, a refund of any remaining balance, and the deletion of session files.

Preparation Guide

Family & Coordination

Your partner and children are more than welcome to join the session. To create a cohesive look, I recommend coordinating their outfits to complement yours. Instead of perfectly matching, aim for a harmonious color palette that looks natural and timeless.

Wardrobe & Styling

While I provide a curated studio wardrobe, you are welcome to bring your own pieces.

• The Palette: Stick to soft, muted, and earthy tones. Think cream, beige, white, khaki, grey, and black. These classic choices ensure your photographs remain timeless.
• What to Avoid: Please avoid busy patterns, large logos, or bold writings, as they distract from the natural glow and emotion of the session.

Collaboration & Vision

Your comfort and vision are my priority. If you have specific poses, ideas, or meaningful shots in mind, please share them with me before or during the shoot. Reviewing my portfolio beforehand is a great way to align with my artistic style and see what resonates with you.
