• Booking Fee/Deposit: To secure your desired date for a memorable photoshoot experience, a non-refundable £50 deposit is kindly requested. This deposit will be deducted from your session fee, ensuring your booking is confirmed with ease. The remaining balance for your selected package is due on the day of the session, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you.

• 2 weeks following your photo session, you will receive access to a gallery of images to choose from. These images, provided in low resolution, are intended for your selection process prior to final editing. You will have a generous 2 weeks window to make your selections. Should there be any delays in your selection process, I kindly ask for your understanding as it may affect the delivery timeline of the final edited images.

• Edited images, crafted to perfection, will be ready for your enjoyment 4 weeks from the session date. During busier seasons, particularly in the summer, this process may extend to 5 weeks to ensure each image receives the attention it deserves.

• Your package includes both vibrant color and timeless black-and-white versions of your selected images, providing you with a versatile selection to cherish.

• To maintain the highest quality and consistency in your final images, only fully edited images will be delivered, omitting RAW files or any other session images. However, you are warmly invited to explore additional photo options or upgrade your package after the session to further enhance your collection.

• Should you desire additional retouching for specific images, this service is available for a nominal fee of £15 per image, ensuring each photo meets your expectations.

• Enhance your memories with optional extras such as prints, wall art, or a beautifully crafted photo album, adding an extra layer of elegance to your photography experience.

• For locations beyond a 10-mile radius from our business location, a small charge to cover excess travel expenses will be applied, ensuring our commitment to delivering exceptional service remains unwavering.

• For clients seeking both studio and outdoor sessions, please note that these will be treated as separate packages to accommodate your preferences effectively.

• To prioritize your retouching needs and expedite the process, an additional £100 fee is applied on top of the package price for prompt service, ensuring you receive your beautifully edited images in couple days after the photoshoot.

• Respect is key: Any form of disrespect or negativity will result in refunds and photo deletion.
